We want you to be completely happy so we do offer exchanges on merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange send us an email with the reason for your exchange to email@example.com Once approved, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship and please keep tracking details for your records.
You will receive an email from us once your exchange has been processed. Please allow 7 business days once we receive your exchange for it to be processed. A store Ecredit will then be applied. Please note original shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Please be considerate and DO NOT get makeup, perfume, self-tanner, deodorant, pet hair, or any stains on your new clothes when trying them on. Items returned with any of the above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. A $25 processing fee will be charged for any order that is returned back to you.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately items used with a discount code may not be exchanged.

Send us an email at email@example.com for exchange approval and when approved we will notify you where to ship your items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your exchange once the returned item is received.
To return your product, you should email us for the exchange shipping address at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
